Why do I not see any prices?

Our offer is mainly aimed at people, authorities and institutions that use or consume our products in the course of their professional activity. Since many of our products are covered by the Medical Devices and Medicines Act, we need to make sure that we only sell to people, authorities and institutions who have the necessary expertise for our product range. Therefore, prices can only be viewed and products be ordered if you are registered.

How can I sign up?

On the start page on the top right is a field "Hello! Log in" - if you click there you can then log in with your email address and your password, or register a new account. In the case of a new registration, you must choose if you register as a specialist or a private customer.

What is a special agreement?

By special agreement we understand e.g. the 5% student discount or special offers put together by us.

The prices in the Internet shop are not the same as in the catalog?

The prices offered in the catalog are net prices, that is, the VAT has yet to be added. On the website, you can view either the price without VAT or the price incl. VAT. Graduated prices are incl. VAT.

How can I get more discount?

For many items (such as acupuncture needles), if you order large quantities, we offer a bulk discount.

Can I order books on approval basis?

No! Books, CDs, DVDs, etc. - that is, everything that can be equated to a publisher's product is excluded from return.

Can I generally order something on approval basis? - except books and publications?

As in any other shop, you have the right to return ordered goods after prior registration with us within 14 days. Please read carefully our right of withdrawal in our terms and conditions.

Is there a possibility of an installment or financing?

We have to reject installment payments for operational reasons. However, there is the possibility to get a leasing offer from our partner company if the order value is EUR 1.000,00 plus 19% VAT or above. This usually offers 3 possible payment terms and is calculated with 1% residual value. Amounts below EUR 1.000, - plus 19% VAT make no sense for financing, as the costs of leasing would be much too high. For more information, please contact us and we will make you an offer.
